  Place the unwashed and unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain intact.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
